PSP making weird noises when loading a UMD?

It does load the umd, but sometimes it takes long for the umd to appear at the start screen, not that long but longer than usual, both the games i tried it on are scratched so that might be it, but the game loads faster than the video umd too, Well I just wanted to know if this was something I should be worried about, and thanks. (Makes clicking noises)
