Help me Fix my psp slim!!! Its a psp 2001, recently i had a problem with the umd drive?

It doesnt read the umds, i checked it to see if maybe the laser wasnt turning on or maybe the spinner wasnt spinning. To my surprise it spins and the laser also turns on, but it doesnt move left and right. If anyone has a solution to this problem(No B.S.) And i dont have money to send it to sony.
