My shih tzu stopped eating dry or wet dog food will eat treats and grass?

she is 10 has been very picky for several years. Now she will go a day or two with out eating. She then has tried dry dog food and throw it up. She won't eat wet dog food. I even tried chicken. She will eat treats and really likes chicken jerky, these things she does not throw up.
