PSP - Is it semi Bricked or Fully Bricked?

Yes so My brother dropped my psp in the floor, i have custom firmware Ver. 6.39 ME-4 PSP 1001, and when i turn it on, the backlight wont turn on and the lens inside the UMD Drive wont flash, is my psp bricked now?
