Was this video clip of Mayweather a racist rant towards Pacquiao or a personal rant?

Racist rant. That video was address to Manny Pacquiao but it involved the whole Asia not just the Filipinos. Sushi belong to Japanese. See how ignorant it is? He attack Pacquiao but use Japanese food in doing so that makes that attack wider since he involved Japan too.
