As a transfer student, does AFROTC look at your prior university GPA?

I'm going to be transferring to the University of Maryland next fall as a sophomore and am very interested in joining Air Force ROTC while I'm there. I'm transferring from a local community college and I'm wondering if the ROTC detachment will consider my CC GPA when they rank me among my peers, or will they just look at my UMD GPA?
