Killzone liberation help!!!?

i have killzone liberation for my psp and i cant play online because i cant download the online thingy??? it says for me to go to settings and put the conserve memory to on...but i did and i still wont work? wat can i do? i have like 803 MB in my memory card so it cant be that either...? i also tried going to the same website on my internet browser for my psp...it works on there but when i try again on my UMD game and go to the download it says something about conserve memory...?? please help me!
