When will PlayStationNetwork be back up and running?

i got my ps3 one day before psn went down and they said oh dont worry itll be back in a day or 2 on the second day they said oh wait one more week waited another week they said wait another week still nothing now they say at least a few more days well 2 days turned into 3 weeks so what does a few days mean another month... im not going to believe what anyone says not even sony till i see with my own two eyes that psn is back
